Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
Peak Agency is operated by VetLux LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a privacy policy nobody reads protects nobody.
The short version. We collect what you send us through our contact form, plus standard analytics about how people use this website. We use it to answer you and to run our own advertising. We do not sell your personal information. If you want your data removed, email info@peakagency.ai and we will handle it.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the audit request form on this site, we receive the name, email address, website address and area of interest you enter. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up on it.
Information collected automatically
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type | To understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not |
| Campaign parameters from the link you arrived on (stored in your browser) | So we know which advertisement or article brought you here |
| IP address | Collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers as part of serving the site |
Third-party tools on this site
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — website analytics and advertising measurement.
- OpenAI advertising pixel — measures whether visits from our ChatGPT advertising lead to enquiries.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Cal.com — used if you book a call with us; their own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
These providers process data on their own terms. We do not control what they do beyond the purposes described above.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses cookies and your browser's local storage for analytics, advertising measurement, and to remember which campaign referred you. None of it is required for the site to function — you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. Most browsers also offer a "do not track" setting; where a provider we use honours it, it applies.
How we use your information
- To reply to you, prepare the audit you requested, and deliver the services you engage us for
- To send you information about our services where you have asked for it or where we have a legitimate business interest in contacting you
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website
- To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Business email we send
We contact businesses by email about our services. Where we do, contact details come from publicly available business sources — company websites, business directories and similar listings. We contact businesses at business addresses about a business service.
To stop hearing from us, reply to any of our emails and say so. One word is enough. We remove the address from all of our lists, and we do not need a reason. Every email we send also carries our postal address and an unsubscribe header your mail provider can act on.
We honour removal requests promptly — well inside the ten business days required under the US CAN-SPAM Act — and we keep a record of the removal so the address is not contacted again.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we do not contact you again. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' own retention periods.
Your rights
Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop using it for marketing
- Send you a copy in a portable format
Email info@peakagency.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for it and we will not make it difficult.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, along with the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. If you are in the UK or EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you equivalent rights, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep access limited to people who need it, and rely on encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change materially affects how we handle your information, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the text.
